The so-called « Stockholm Programme », recently adopted by the Council of the EU, stresses the need to develop a European judicial culture.

Young professionals involved in the implementation of legislation and policy in the area of freedom, security and justice exchange experiences and views on how to implement this aspect of the Stockholm Programme.
